Set Up & Equipment

  • Teams can attack both sides at any time but players are locked in

  • If a team score they receive the next ball

  • Quick movement to support the player in possession

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 50 yards (2 x 25 yard areas)

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)
