Set Up & Equipment

  • Teams must play into the middle zone before scoring

  • Use width to get the ball out the middle and then attack goal

  • Play starts from the GK each time

Set Up:

Depth: 55 yards total

Middle area: 15 yards

Outside areas: 2 x 25 - 27 yard areas

Width: 40 yards total

Middle area: 12 yards

Wide areas: 2 x 14 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)
