Set Up & Equipment

  • Time runs into the final 3rd with the offside trap and then the removal of the line

  • Teams can change when the defending team gets the ball into the end zone a set amount of times

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards.

Goal Line to Offside Line (20 Yards)

Offside Line to End Zone (25 Yards)

End Zone (5 Yards)

Width: 30 yards.

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones
