Set Up & Equipment

  • Players locked in until they break into the forwards

  • Progression can have the defenders in with the forwards

  • Move the ball across the pitch and movement behind the opposition to break through

  • Defending team can change after a set amount of goals

Set Up:

Depth: 60 yards total

High zone: 25 yards

Middle zone: 10 yards

Low zone: 25 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
