Set Up & Equipment

  • Players aren’t locked in, the zones are a start point and players can draw the opposition out by dropping in/stretching the pitch

  • Play starts with the GK every time the ball goes out/goal

Set Up:

Depth: 65 yards total

Outer zones: 2 x 25 yards

Middle zone: 15 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
