Set Up & Equipment

  • Attacking players can rotate between the lines to receive

  • Defenders in middle zone stay in the zone until the ball has gone through

  • Both teams attempting to play through when ball starts from the GK

Set Up:

Depth: 80 yards total

Final third: 40 yards

Middle zones: 2 x 5 yards

Midfield/Defensive 3rd: 30 yards

Width: 40 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
