Set Up & Equipment

  • Players are locked in until the ball is worked into the front 3

  • If Defending score or score a certain amount of goals the teams can then swap over

Set Up:

Depth: 45 yards total

Final 3rd: 20 yards

Middle 3rd: 10 yards

Defensive 3rd: 15 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small goals)
