Timing movement onto the ball to finish first time


Description

In this session we are focusing on timing movement onto the ball to finish first time. The drill begins with the player dropping in to receive and set back to the coach before spinning off to receive and finish first time. The player then looks to drop in and around the highest cone to move in behind and finish. The final finishes sees the player spin off around the start cone to move onto the ball played across the goal by player 2 to then finish first time. Each set should consist of two reps and should be completed at least two times per player on each side.
