Drop in to spin in behind and finish, shift and finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on dropping in to spin in behind and finish, shift and finish. The drill begins with the player dropping in to touch the ball in the coaches hands. The player then spins off and reacts to move onto the ball and finish. The coach will either throw the ball in the air for the player to control and finish, or bounce the ball along the floor to time the finish. Once the player has taken a shot, they look to drop to one of the outside mannequins to receive the ball and shift into space and finish. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
