Three finish circuit: first time, touch and finish and volley

Description

In this session we are focusing on a three finish circuit. The first finish sees the player set the ball before moving in front and around the mannequin where the coach then plays the ball into space for the player to finish. The player then moves in front of the mannequin to receive on the back foot to open out and finish. The player then moves in front and around the mannequin once again where the coach throws the ball up for the player to move on to and volley. The players movement should be sharp and they should relax in front of goal, getting their head up before moving onto the ball to finish. Each set should consist of 2 sets around and should be completed at least three times each side.
