Dribbling, ball control and shifting into space to finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on dribbling, ball control and shifting into space to finish. The drill begins with the player receiving the ball and dribbling to the cone. The player then dribbles around the cone before then shifting the ball across their body to finish. When shifting the ball the player should move the ball away from the body to replicate taking the ball away from a defender. Each set should consist of 4 - 8 reps and should be completed at least three times.
