Setting, moving into space and finishing first time


Description

In this session we are focusing on setting, moving into space and finishing first time. The drill begins with player 1 receiving and setting the ball back to the coach before moving in front and around the mannequin. The coach then sets the ball into space for the player to move on to and finish. As soon as the player finishes the coach plays the ball into player 2 who links with player 1 to set the ball into space and finish. The players movement should be sharp and incisive. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
