Varying touches to take the ball into space and finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on varying touches to take the ball into space and finish. The drill begins with player 1 receiving the ball off the coach, taking it back across the body and then turning to create and angle to finish. The player then moves to the central cone/pole where they look to touch the ball across the body to create a left foot finish. Once the player has finished they move to the final cone where they look to pull of to receive the ball and touch onto either foot to finish. The player should ensure that they time their movements to meet the ball and create space to receive on the back foot. Each set should consist of 1 - 3 reps and should be completed at least two times per side by each player.
