Check in to spin in behind and receive to finish

Description

In this session we are focusing on checking in to spin in behind and receive to finish. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player, who looks to open out and pass back to the coach, before moving towards the coach. The coach then looks to play the ball in behind for the player to react, spin and accelerate onto the ball to finish. As soon as the player has finished, they look to move around the outside cone to receive the ball and shift inside to finish. The player then repeats this on the other side. The player should ensure that they stay light on their feet and ready to react. Each set should consist of two full reps around so six finishes and should be completed at least three times.
