Open out to finish, react to move onto the ball centrally
Description
In this session we are focusing on opening out to finish and reacting to move onto the ball centrally. The drill begins with the player peeling off to receive the ball, touch into space and finish. Once the player has taken the shot, they look to react quickly move move infront of the pole/mannequin and into the central area, where the coach slides the ball into space for the player to move onto and finish first time. The drill then repeats on the opposite side. The player should ensure that they stay composed and adjust their body shape to the ball. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least four times.
