Three finish circuit focusing on movement and composure
Description
In this session we are focusing on a three finish circuit which focuses on our movement and composure. The first finish sees the player pull off the cone/pole to receive the ball on the back foot, touch into space and finish. As soon as the player has shot, they look to move around and through the middle gate, to move towards the back post, where the coach plays the ball for the player to move and finish first time. The final drill sees the player drop to the near side to play a 1-2, before moving down the line and finish across the goal. The player should ensure that they get adjust their body shape and don’t snatch at the ball when striking. Each set should consist of 2 reps and should be completed at least two times working off each side.
