Touch forward to finish & moving infront of defender to finish
Description
In this session we are focusing touching forward to finish and reacting to move infront of the defender to finish. The drill begins with the player pushing off the cone/pole to receive the ball from the coach. The player looks to take a touch forward away from the body to move onto and finish. Once the player has taken the shot, they look to move infront of the second cone to move onto the ball and finish first time. The player should look to receive the ball on the back foot for the first first finish and use the pace on the ball to guide the second finish into the corner. Each set should consist of 2 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
