Dictating movement to receive the ball and attack space

Description

In this session we are focusing on dictating movement to receive the ball and attack space. The drill begins with the player moving through the middle of the cones/poles to receive and set back to the coach. The player then moves around the front of the cone and drop back towards the middle. The coach then plays into the player again, for them to set back and move through the middle to finish first time. Once, the player has finished, they look to move to the opposite side. The player has three options when they receive the ball. They can either take the ball on the outside to finish, shift outside to inside, and shift inside to outside. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least two times working from each side.
