Sharp touches and movement to get in behind and finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on sharp touches and movement to get in behind and finish. The drill begins with the coach playing into the player who sets back first time, before moving up and around the cone in front. As the player moves back into the middle the coaches plays in again with the player setting back before moving in behind were the coach plays into space for the player to finish first time. The passes should be cushioned to ensure the player and coach can play first time. Each set should consist of 6 - 20 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
