Setting to spin off and move onto the ball to finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on moving onto the ball to finish first time. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player, who sets back first time and then moves to outside of the cone/pole to repeat. The player then moves back inside for a third set, before spinning off around the deepest cone, whilst the coach plays across the blue player who sets the ball back into the middle for the red player to move onto and finish first time. When moving around the cone, the player should look to adjust their body position to be able to see the ball. Each set should consist of 6 - 10 reps and should be completed at least times per player.
