Dropping the shoulder to set, move into space & finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on dropping the shoulder to set and move into space to finish. The drill begins with the player moving towards the outside of the pole/cone. The player then looks to drop the shoulder with disguise to receive inside and set back to the coach, before moving out to receive and finish. As the player drops the shoulder, they should look to emphasise the movement and keep it sharp to keep it realistic to a game. Each set should consist of 6 - 10 reps and should be completed at least three times.
