Finishing Circuit (4 Angles)

Description

In this session we are focusing on three different types of finishes in a four finish circuit. The first finish sees the player drop in front of the pole/cone to receive, turn and finish. They will then move out wide to receive, set, and then move into space inside to receive and take the ball into space to finish. The player will then do the same on the opposite side. The final finish sees the player drop in centrally to receive and set back, before moving around the pole/cone nearest the coach before the ball is played in front of the player to run on to and then finish. This drill should be completed at least three times, so the player can improve the timings of their runs/movement.
