Ball into feet to touch and finish and first time finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on the ball into feet to touch and finish and first time finish. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who then touches forward to finish. The player then moves round the wide cone and then onto the ball as the coach rolls the ball into the players path to finish first time. The player should take the touch with the back foot, ensuring the body shape is open. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
