Running on the blind side of the defender to finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on running on the blind side of the defender to finish. The drill begins with the player moving inside and then on the blind side of the central mannequin. The coach then passes the ball into space. The player will either finish first time if the ball is ahead of them or take a touch and then finish if the ball is close to their body. The player should increase speed as they move in behind. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
