Dropping in to combine, create space and finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on dropping in to combine, create space and finish. The drill begins with the player dropping in to receive the ball and set back to the coach. The player then moves away to create space. The coach will then either slide the ball in front of the player for them to move onto or pass to their feet to touch and finish. This focuses on the player adjusting their movement and being able to adapt to the ball in the final 3rd. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
