Moving off to receive, touch away and finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on moving off to receive, touch away and finish. The drill begins with the player moving towards the mannequin/pole. as they reach the mannequin the player moves back away to receive the ball, touch and finish. The player then moves on the shoulder of the next mannequin to run onto the ball and finish. The player should ensure that they take the first touch into space. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
