Moving round the back/central to volley/finish 1st time
Description
In this practice we are focusing on moving round the back and central to volley and finish 1st time. The drill begins with the player moving round the back to then attack the ball thrown in the air to volley. The player then moves back round and through the middle to finish the ball cut back. Timing is a huge part of ensuring the player gets the volley on target and when the player finishes the cut back they should stay over the ball and not lean back. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
