Reacting to Move & Finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players ability to react quickly to move in behind to finish. The drill starts with the coach commanding the player to move to one of the coloured cones/poles. The player then manoeuvres through the central poles, before moving short, and spinning out into space. The coach then plays the ball to the players feet or into space to run onto and finish. The player should look to move on the outside of the pole when spinning out, to enable themselves the chance to receive to feet, as well as moving in behind. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 finishes, and should be completed at least three times.
