Swivel and turn to attack in behind and finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on a swivel and turn to attack in behind and finish. The drill begins with the player dropping in front of the cone to receive. The player then swivels with the ball to face goal and then take the ball forward into space to finish. The player needs to practice using both feet to be able to swivel on both sides. Once the player has finished they then move round the wide cone to move in behind again to move onto the ball and finish. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
