Dropping in to move in centrally to receive and finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on dropping in to move in centrally to receive and finish. The drill begins with the player moving in to the deeper cone before then accelerating centrally. The coach will either play the ball into the players feet for them to touch forward and finish or play the ball in front of the player for them to run onto and finish. The player then repeats from the opposite side. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
