Spinning out to Receive & Finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players ability to spin out into space to move onto the ball and finish. The drill starts with the coach playing into deepest player. The deepest player then sets the ball back across, before then spinning out. The coach then plays the ball to the highest player who moves off their pole/cone to receive, to then set the ball for their teammate to move onto and finish. We are looking for a first time finish to use the momentum built up from movement and quick passes to make the drill realistic. The two players then swap over their starting positions, this continues after each rep. The players need to exaggerate their movement as much as possible. Each player should have 3 - 5 shots each set.
