Opening out/movement to finishing into the far corner
Description
In this session we are focusing on opening out/movement to finishing into the far corner. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who takes a touch out of the body and then moves onto the ball to finish into the far corner. The player then moves back to receive and set back to the coach who sets the ball for the player to move onto and whip into the far corner. The players follow through should take the body through the ball to the corner they are aiming for. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times per side.
