Varying first touches to go forward and turn to finish

Description

In this session we are focusing on varying first touches to go forward and turn to finish. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who looks to take the ball forward to finish. The player then receives and sets back to the coach before moving out to the cone behind to open out and take forward to finish from a wider angle. The player then drops in to the central cone where they look to let the ball come across the body to turn and then finish. The player should step across the ball with the opposite foot to allow the ball to come across to the back foot to then turn and finish on the final finish. Each set should consist of 2 - 3 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
