Step in and drop out to receive and finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on stepping in and dropping out to receive and finish. The drill begins with the player stepping in towards the coach and then dropping out into space to receive the ball and finish. The player then moves round the cone and through the middle to finish. The player should ensure they receive the ball on the back foot to touch away into space and finish. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
