3rd man runs and movement into space to finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on 3rd man runs and movement into space to finish. The drill begins with player 1 dropping in towards the coach before spinning off to move as a 3rd man runner. Player 2 drops in create space for the ball in behind for player 1 to finish. Player 2 then drops wide to create the angle for player 1 to receive and set the ball into space for player 2 to finish. Timing of movement is key to receiving the ball on the run to score. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
