Three finish circuit: Heading, cut back and open out to finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on a three finish circuit: Heading, cut back and open out to finish. The drill begins with the player moving through the gate to then attack the ball in the air to head. The player then moves round the highest cone to then finish the ball cut back across the box first time. Finally, the player drops back to the deeper cone to receive, open out and finish. Each set should consist of 1 - 2 reps and should be completed at least three times each side.
