Open and play, drop shoulder to touch and finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on opening to play, drop the shoulder to touch and finish. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who looks to open out and play back to the coach. The player then looks to drop the shoulder and move across to receive the ball and touch into space to finish. The player should take a touch away from the body to accelerate and finish. The player then moves to the outside cone to set, spin and finish first time. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
