Touch and finish at a tight and central angle

Description

In this session we are focusing on a touch and finish at a tight and central angle. The drill begins with the player by the wide cone/pole. The coach looks to fire the ball into the players feet who looks to react to touch and finish. This is to replicate a ball coming across the box with speed. Once the player has finished they move to the central cone to receive the ball and either open out and finish or take the ball back across the box to finish. The player should retain composure and not snatch at their efforts. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
