Adapting to difficult balls to stay composed and finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on adapting to difficult balls to stay composed and finish. The drill begins with the coaching bouncing the ball across the box for player to move onto and finish first time. The coach then looks to play a ball into the player as they turn to test their reaction to touch and finish. The player should retain composure and not snatch at the ball. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
