6 finish circuit: movement, touches, combination to score
Description
In this session we are focusing on a 6 finish circuit: movement, touches, combination to score. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who looks to set back and move round the opposite side of the cone/pole to move onto the ball to finish first time. The player then repeats on the opposite side. The player then moves back to the cone to receive a square ball from the coach to open out and finish. The player then repeats on the opposite side. The final two finishes sees the player drop in to receive and set back to the coach until the coach plays the ball into space for the player to react quickly to move and finish. The drill should be completed at least three times.
