Movement from Deep to Finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players ability to move the ball quickly and attack the space to score. The drill begins with the coach playing to the deep player. The player opens out and players to their teammate who moves out to receive to play first time to the coach. The deep player begins to move forward. The coach then plays the ball infront of the deep player for them to run onto. The player then looks to attack the space quickly before finishing in the corners. The two players then swap positions before the drill repeats. Each player should have at least three shots each in each set. The drill should be completed at least three times before changing sides and working from the right side.
