Receiving a square ball to touch into space and finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on receiving a square ball to touch into space and finish. The drill begins with the player facing away from goal. The coach passes the ball into the player who looks either take the ball back across or move to open out and finish. The player should adapt quickly to their first touch to set up the finish. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
