Movement to receive and move onto the ball to finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on movement to receive and move onto the ball to finish. The drill begins with the coach passing to player 1 who sets back and moves round the cone to move behind. The coach then slides the ball for the player to meet and finish first time. Player 1 then drop back to the start to set and move to the opposite side of the cone to receive and touch to finish. The player then moves back to the start to set the ball in the air and then react to move onto the ball thrown in the air to finish. Each set should set consist of 2 reps and should be completed at least two times each side per player.
