3rd man runner passing and finishing combination


Description

In this session we are focusing on 3rd man runner passing and finishing combination. The drill begins with player 1 passing to player 2 who looks to set back to player 1. Player 1 then passes the ball into the coach with player 2 making a run to receive the ball off the coach. Player 1 then looks to move past player 2 to receive the ball on the run to finish. Tempo is important to ensure that the passes can be completed first time. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps per player and should be completed at least three times.
