Three finish circuit: movement and first touch to finish

Description

In this session we are focusing on a three finish circuit focusing on movement and first touch to finish. The drill begins with the coach passing the ball to the player who looks to peel off the cone/pole to receive on the back foot to touch across and finish with the opposite foot. The player then moves round the front of the cone to move onto a ball played into space to finish. Finally the coach will throw a ball into the player for them to adapt quickly to touch and finish. The player should retain their composure and not snatch at any of the finishes. Each set should consist of 2 reps and should be completed at least three times.
