Three finish circuit: first touch and movement onto the ball


Description

In this session we are focusing on a three finish circuit: first touch and movement onto the ball. The drill begins with the coach passing to player 1 who looks to open out to finish. The player then looks to drop in to set the ball before moving off to receive a slide rule pass to finish. Finally, the player then looks to turn and face player 2 to receive the ball to touch and finish. The player should ensure that their body shape enables the touch to be taken into space to finish. Each set should consist of two reps and should be completed at least two times per player each side.
