Peel off to touch and finish, react to finish loose ball


Description

In this session we are focusing on peeling off to touch and finish, react to finish loose ball. The drill begins with the player stepping towards the cone before peeling off to receive the ball to open out and finish. The coach will then play a ball into the players feet or in front of the player for them to react quickly to finish. The player should ensure that they open the body shape to take the touch away into space. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at leats two times each side.
