Sharp movement and touches in final third to finish
Description
In this session we are focusing on sharp movement and touches in final third to finish. The drill begins with the coach passing the ball to player who sets back and repeats until the coach shouts a number of a cone. The player then moves to said cone before spinning off to move onto the ball that the coach has played into space for the player to finish. The player then looks to move to the wider cone where they receive the ball to either touch inside to finish or adapt the body shape to take away on the back foot to finish. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least three times.
