First time passes to set the ball into space to finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on first time passes to set the ball into space to finish. The drill begins with player 1 passing to player 2 who looks to set the ball into space for player 1 to move onto quickly to finish. Player 2 then receives and sets the ball back to the coach before spinning off. Player 1 then receives the ball off the coach to then set into space for player 2 to move onto and finish. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
