Varying movement and touches to move in behind to finish

Description

In this session we are focusing on varying movement and touches to move in behind to finish. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who opens out and passes back to the coach before making a run on the outside to move in behind where the coach plays the ball for the player to finish. The player then moves back round the outside cone to receive and take in behind with the coach applying pressure for the player to practice staying composed. The player then moves back round the outside cone again and in front of the middle cone to meet the ball played in behind to finish. The player should ensure that they hit the shot early but take a glance at goal before they strike. Each set should consist of two reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
